When you put an item in your shopping basket you are shown its entire contents. Here you can change the quantity or remove any items from the basket.

If you want to change the quantity of an item, enter the quantity required and click the CHANGE button.

If you want remove an item from your shopping basket, simply click the button.

Please do not use the FORWARD-/BACK-Button of your browser. To navigate within your shopping basket you can use the links.

If you want to order the items you have selected, click the ORDER button.

If you are a returning customer at the FILATI online shop, you can order with one click. Simply enter your surname and your password. In the next step you can change your ordering data (e.g. dispatch address or means of payment), or you can place your order directly. Don't forget to enter your password.

If you are not yet a customer at FILATI online shop, simply click the NEXT button. In the next step you can enter your personal data, required means of payment and, if necessary, a different dispatch address. Please fill in all the red fields. We require this information to process your order. At the end of the form you will find the request for a password. Please enter your password twice (once as a password control, since the password is not shown on the screen). Using your password and your surname you can shorten the ordering process the next time, without having to fill in all the data a second time (see above).

Once you have filled in all the fields correctly and clicked the ORDER button, your ordered will be dealt with immediately. You will receive confirmation of your order per e-mail at the address you have given us.
